The movement will need to be cleaned, serviced, and oiled before use. The bushings might be ok. The springs might be ok. The floating balance tested good. It is stamped 73, Hamilton, Two (2) Jewels Unadjusted, Made in West Germany. The "73" means it was made in 1973. The center to center distance between the outside winding arbors is about 3-1/4". The center to center distance from each outside winding arbor to the hand arbor is about 1-5/8". Sold as is.
