LIFETIME MAINTENANCE - McDermott has a maintenance program for their shafts whereby the original owner can send in the shaft TWICE A YEAR to be checked, cleaned, repaired, or replaced. This inspection process includes: checking structural integrity, resand, clean, refinish the shaft, replace the tip, clean the ferrule, and an overall cosmetic evaluation. This maintenance is FREE OF CHARGE to the original owner, but a small fee is charged when the cue is sent in to cover inspection, shipping and handling.
