This set includes a 16-ounce bottle of cutting board oil and a round applicator, providing a fast, professional, and easy way to apply Boos Block Mystery Oil to your wooden kitchen accessories. Instructions: Apply an even coat of Boos Mystery Oil to all surfaces of your wood cutting board using the applicator. Allow the Mystery Oil to fully penetrate the wood fibers overnight, then wipe off any excess oil. Apply additional oil to any visibly dry spots. Use at least once per month (depending on the cutting board use and household conditions) and more often in dry or arid climates. Do not overoil your cutting board. For additional protection, use Boos Block Board Cream (sold separately) to seal the top of the wood surface.
