There are notable creases on the sheet. There is a moderate tear on the bottom. There are no stains or other damage that would make reading difficult. Measurements: 11” x 8-1/2”. Other Information: This is an assembly and operation sheet for the Jungle Explorer from the Jurassic Park line of toys made by Kenner in the early 1990’s.
