This is an incomplete set with the instruction manual that is in fair condition. There are some crease marks by the binder, but the pages are clean and in good condition with two pages that were found with a folded corner. 70604 is an incomplete set missing pieces and minifigures. The instruction manual is in fair condition with some crease marks by the binder, with good pages, and complete.
