Description: Up for grabs is this vintage 100% ORIGINAL First Print Poster featuring Detroit's own MC5 live at the STRAIGHT THEATRE, SAN FRANCISCO, CA. on March 14-16 1969. Poster measures 14 inches across & 17 inches top to bottom. It was designed by GARY GRIMSHAW & was printed by THE RIP OFF PRESS (Freak Brothers, anyone?). This is in Very Good condition, very clean & bright & still lays very flat. There is some paper loss on bottom right corner & bottom left area in image area above RIP OFF PRESS. There is a corner crease on top left area & some corner edge wear from years of storage + some minor handling stress in areas. This was very cheaply printed on thin stock paper & has some typical print flaws but is still a great example of Detroit Rock & Roll Hall of Fame history. Please examine all the provided pics & email me if you need any further info on this. Please also note that I am in no way a professional poster grader or expert but have done my best to describe this as best as possible. This is being sold for a friend who was collecting vintage rock posters since the mid to late 1980's. This will be sent rolled in a sturdy card board tube.
