USPS Ground Advantage, if package weight is: - less than one pound, it leaves Hawaii by air and follows similar delivery times as USPS First Class mail - over one pound, it can take 3 - 4 weeks to arrive at your destination because packages leave Hawaii by boat to the mainland then trucked to your destination. When EBay shows estimated delivery dates for Ground Advantage (over one pound), the date is just an estimate. Sometimes USPS delivers in less time but they control that.
