We only drop off our live stock to our nearest UPS post office on MONDAY-WEDNESDAY. Please order accordingly if you would like your shipment within a specific time frame. Our company aims for 100% customer satisfaction and 100% healthy aquatic animals being sent to their new homes!! Please be aware of temperatures in your area. If temperatures are near or below 40 degrees please consider adding a heat pack through our eBay to your order after your live stock is purchased (listed under our available items). Please take note that heat packs are not required but without it, the lively arrival of your animal may be at risk. How we ship - prior to shipment of livestock we fast them to reduce waste as to not foul the water - include an ammonia absorber pad in their bag to help reduce chances of foul water - livestock is backed in fitted transport bags - (Heat packs will be used if needed, for temperatures under or near 40°!!. Heat packs are not required but highly recommended and also SOLD SEPARATELY, so please add at checkout amongst livestock purchase if temperatures in your area are not satisfactory) - the box is filled with insulation to protect your order from hard drops or falls during shipment - “live fish” and “fragile” stickers on the package to notify shipping company of the delicate contents. We at Queen City Aquatics value quality over quantity and strive to provide the absolute best expo for our customers. We hand raise all the fish, snails, plecos and shrimp we sell. We do not import any aquatic animals from overseas. DOA Refund Guarantee In the unfortunate event that your order arrives dead, we guarantee the loss of the purchased livestock as long as the package is delivered within the timeframe specified by the shipping carrier. We require you to take a couple clear pictures of the dead livestock in the unopened bag and message us within 30 minutes of your delivery (to avoid claims for orders that were left in the elements for an extended period of time) all DOA orders will be refunded for the cost of the livestock (unfortunately we are unable to refund shipping costs) as long as the DOA guidelines are followed. Opening the bag with a doa fish will void the doa refund guarantee. With good communication and providing photos, we can help resolve any situation to your satisfaction.
