It is in pristine condition, read only once. Shipping weight is about 2 pounds. Shipping within the US will be by Media mail; mail to foreign addresses will be by USPS International Air Mail. There is no Surface Mail anymore--everything goes by air. The prices quoted for shipping are for packages sent from the US East Coast to the West Coast.
