Offered for sale is a popular and not easy to find MTH Premier "O" Gauge #20-97652 Southern Pacific Heritage (Car #15096) Two-Bay Centerflow Hopper Car which was delivered in 2008. It is in Like New condition: complete and all original, with brilliant colors and crisp markings, and with evidence of having been run. The condition of the hopper is based on appearance only, and I did not test it for operating performance. It is decorated in the famous Southern Pacific Daylight color scheme. This attractive Southern Pacific Hopper Car has a black body with orange, white and red striping, a black roof with silver catwalks and it has clear and complete white lettering and realistic Southern Pacific and Union Pacific emblems and markings on each side of the body. It is 10.25 inches long, and it comes with a detailed plastic body, an attractive and colorful paint scheme, die-cast metal trucks, metal wheels and axles, operating die-cast metal couplers, a detailed brake wheel, fast angle wheel sets and needle point axles. It also comes with an aged and worn, but clean and complete, original MTH window box. The box shows wear on the corners, the box seams, the front and back box panels and the end flaps, and there is the outline of and some residue from an old store sticker at an upper corner of the front box panel, but otherwise it is a whole box. This beautiful MTH Southern Pacific Two-Bay Centerflow Hopper Car would look just great in a MTH freight train, and it would be a most welcome addition to any collection or operating railroad!
