Description: Vintage "New" Napier brooch in a wreath circle of brilliant clear rhinestones. Its all prong set stones. It is listed as preowned but it is in new condition because it has never been used and has been stored carefully. There is no aging on the pin. It is signed NAPIER in a square cartouche and still has the original hanging tag "Napier Original" on it. Well, the tag was on it until I took it out of the bag and the elastic holding the tag shredded from old age.
