This book was written in 1969 by addicts. The Big Book doesn't speak much to relapse but this does. Relapse happens but doesn't need to. This book discusses it in length. This is for any addict whether heroine, Percocet or alcohol. A drug is a drug. The Big Book of AA didn't know much of drug addiction in the 30's. This book says "alcohol is a drug".
