Comes from a smoke and pet free home. Please see all the photos. Thanks for looking! Socks: I only used one of the socks when I needed to ice down my injured foot. The instructions are printed on the gel pack for cold and hot. Be sure to read the instructions before using to prevent damaging the gel packs. I wear size 10.5 women's tennis shoes and these were tight on me. Bands: The bands were helpful when I was trying to get used to the orthotics that I now wear all the time. The one band looks like it has a weak spot near the seam but the seam is still intact. See photos of both sides of that area. Spiky Ball: I used the ball more than anything else I tried. Doesn't really work on a solid floor but I used it on carpet.
