COMES WITH -Included is an original Netgear power adapter (12V 1.5A)(white) and a printed quick start guide. No original box, it will be repackaged. COMPATIBILITY -This satellite is only compatible with an Orbi Router. The Orbi Routers compatible with this model are the Orbi RBR750, RBR350 and the CBR750 Cable Router/Modem. SHIPPING/HANDLING -I have a 1-day handling time for orders. I will ship the same day if order is placed before 3PM Pacific Time. I do not ship on the weekends. I offer USPS Ground Economy shipping for $10. WARRANTY -I am NOT an authorized NETGEAR reseller or distributor. Because of this, NONE of the devices I have in my store have manufacturer warranty. Which means if you contact Orbi/NETGEAR customer service, they will most likely not want to help you or will want to charge you a fee for technical support. In order for a device to have Manufacturer Warranty, it must be purchased "New" or "Certified Refurbished" from an authorized retailer. Don't let this dissuade you from purchasing. My refurbishment process is the same as a certified retailer. Because of this, I rarely have returns. If you are purchasing a used device from me or anyone else, the serial number will most likely already be registered to a previous user and it is nearly impossible to unregister it from that user because only they can do it. This does not affect functionality of the device. You will still be able to set it up and use the NETGEAR/Orbi App to operate it without any issues. I offer 30-day warranty from the day you receive your device and up to 6 months of technical support through the Ebay messaging system.
