One thing I will say about this trap - for its size - this had to be one of the heaviest traps ever on the market. Base and jaws are of very thick cast iron. I can't imagine putting a few of these in your pack basket and carrying them on the trapline. I have the weight of this trap and chain right about 8 pounds. For best description of condition - see photos please - ask questions as needed. Trap has no repairs, trapper's marks or other major defects.
