As well as the internals cleaned. We cleaned the outside of consoles as well, but sometimes there is wear to the consoles. Please see photos for the exact condition. This nes plays perfectly with games in the upright position. Sometimes, when pressed down, the games work as well, but with the games in listing simply inserted these work perfectly and the nes fires up almost ever single time without issue. As this is a refurbished pin set please note some games will play better upright other pressed down it's super dependent on the thickness of the circuit board. Try to always clean your games with isopropyl alcohol and a qtip when you receive them to ensure clean games are being put into the system to ensure longevity of the 72 pin connector.
