Description: This is a fantastic pair of vintage Collins tube output transformers from the 1960s era for use in a D.I.Y tube line stage amplifier or other audio project. They are labeled Collins but they are probably made by the renowned manufacturer such as UTC and TRIAD back in the old days. Collins ordered many of their transformers from the UTC / Traid; etc. These Collins transformer is about the same size as the UTC A series transformers and weight about the same. For size comparison only, I put them together with the UTC A-25 transformers. The UTC A-25 transformer in the picture is NOT Included in this sale. It's only put in the picture to give the visual size comparison. These transformers are removed from a pair of Brand New Collins Military Grade plug in Tube Preamplifier modules for Collins Radio and Broadcasting audio equipment. I was saving them for my audio preamplifier project but I ended up not having time to build the preamp thus they are for sale. These are New Old Stock condition and are ready to be put to use in your audio setup.
