Description: About: This listing if for a very rare 'Artist's Proof' (A/P) of Shepard Fairey's 2006 "PEACE FINGERS" in black. There was also a red version he did. Both were released as signed and numbered "Limited Editions of 200 pieces each. This is one of a handful of proofs he did prior to the release to check the quality before printing the edition of 200. Its signed and labeled "AP" in pencil by the artist himself. My brother was/is a collector and I've sold 7 other Shepard Fairey pieces of his here over the last few months. Those other 7 were not framed and I carefully packed and shipped them in tubes if you'd like see those listings and reviews of the transactions. Being that shipping valuable framed pieces can be a hassle, I'm opting to just do free local pick up for it framed. If you need it shipped then I would take it out of the frame to ship in a tube like the other art prints. If you REALLY want it shipped in the frame and are willing to pay the higher costs for the dimensions/weight then feel free to contact me and we can work it out. Dimensions: The print itself is 24 in. x 18 in. The matted style frame that it's in measures about 28.5 in x 22.5 in. I say matted "style" frame because is looks matted but instead of the matting under the glass, its actually a large hard lip of the frame itself. Please see photos. Condition: The print itself is in excellent condition. My brother had it custom framed @ Aaron Brothers the week he got it. So it's has been sealed in the frame this whole time. (Arron Brothers puts a paper seal on the back of their custom frames) The frame has couple small knicks as highlighted in the photos. Please refer to the photos of the actual piece you're bidding on.
