These are original dead stock vintage and are unused. They are in fairly good condition, but do have some dirt from storage and should be cleaned up a bit before use. Simple elegant cigarette accessory. Tips like this started to fall out of fashion when filtered cigarettes took over the market. The tips are a great way to keep your fingers and lips clean.
