Description: Hey friends, This is a nice original 1979 Wa Motor Vehicle License Plate Tag. This is correct for passenger vehicle and truck. There is a tiny piece of the top right corner cut off. It has great color and gloss. Displays very well. Please look at all the pictures closely they are part of the description. 1976 was the last year the state had separate tags for car and truck. So starting in 1977 Washington started the Motor Vehicle Tag. Was cheaper for the state to just make one tag that could be used on cars and trucks. I save Original Washington License plate stickers. I remove them from the plate and add new double sided adhesive to the back. So they are just peel and stick!! Why buy a reproduction when you can buy the real thing!! Guaranteed authentic. If you are looking for a specific year just ask. I have Passenger, trailer, motorcycle and truck tags. Washington state only.
