Description: Original, vintage shoulder patch set from the State of California Department of Corrections & Rehabilitation. Embroidered design on heavy tiwll with a finished borders. The sleeve patch measures 110mm by 92mm in size and the smaller patch (cap?) measures 75mm in diameter.
