Description: Original WW2 British Army Desert Tropical Pith Helmet 1942 Genuine period pith helmet as used by British forces who served in the North African and Mediterranean theatres during the Second World War. The helmet is in good original condition with with only some light soiling to the exterior for age/use and a small mark to the underside if the rim (see pictures). The liner sweatband features a British government issue broad arrow, manufacturer Failsworth Hats Ltd, size 6 3/4 and dated 1942. Please look at my other items for more militaria and collectables
