Description: Pair of .080 oversize pistons for vintage 1200 cc Harley big twins. Bought a box of these pistons when Dixie Distributing went out of business. You can see the Dixie number J-11228 on the box and they are .080 oversize. Found that part number in an Old Dixie Distributing catalog that you can see in the pictures and you can see it fits 1941 and later Harley-Davidson big twins. They fit Shovelhead, Panhead and knucklehead. Believe it fits from 1941 to 1977. 1941 because that's what the catalog says it starts with and the last year of the Shovelhead 1200cc is 1977. I believe in 1978 they went to the 1340 engine. Please note that if you buy one listing you will get two pistons and ring sets. That's enough to do one engine. Also please note that this is older inventory and has been sitting in a warehouse for decades.
