Her dress says 'made in hungary for pleasant company' whereas the tag on the doll says made in china, so im not sure if the doll is from later 90's. she definitely was played with but still in good condition! her cloth body has some light fuzzies/dye transfer from the skirt but it isnt too noticeable, hair is still pretty silky with only a little frizz at the end, her bangs might need some TLC but that is about it.
