This binder was originally intended to hold sleeves of pokmon trading cards. There is some wear as expected, please see photos for complete condition. One space near one of the rings has pushed through the cardboard frame a bit. See photos. The plastic has some scuffs, see photos. No water damage. All three metal rings close but one is not completely closing. It has about 1/8 inch gap.. See photos. Made in USA. Has a copyright dates of 1995, 1996, 1998 for Nintendo, CREATURES, and GAME FREAK and an additional copyright of 1999 for Nintendo. Official Nintendo licensed product.
