The Stage 2 Kit expands the dumbbells to 70 lbs. and the Stage 3 Kit expands the dumbbells to 90 lbs. Includes 1 pair of Stage 2 and 1 pair of Stage 3 expansions to expand 2 dumbbells. You must have the Elite EXP Dumbbells in order to use this expansion kit as it can’t be used separately. Please make sure they are specifically the Elite EXP, as this will not work with the Elite sets that are not the EXP version.
