Description: This feminine blouse is made of 99% polyester and 1% spandex. It machine-washed perfectly and dried on a hanger wrinkle free. It is done in a semi sheer woven fabric with a little bit of a crinkled texture. It is silky-smooth to the touch.It has a rounded neckline with a small keyhole front that fastens with one tiny cloth-covered button. And, a spare button is included. It is done in a very lightweight fabric. It is semi-sheer but I think skin-tone undies would be all you need.It has raglan sleeves and a hi-lo hemline, being a couple of inches long at the center-back than it is in the front.It has princess seaming front and back and a waistline seam sewn in as an accent, both front and back. The waist seam is not binding, nor does it have any elastic in it - it is just an 'accent" of an empire waistline look.The sleeves are elasticized, and have a tiny little self-tie bow at the ends. The cord cannot be used to adjust the sleeve, it is an accent only and could be easily snipped off is you do not like it. It measures 23 3/4 inches long, measured down the center-back. It is 42 inches at the bustline, 42 inches at the waistline seaming as well, and 48 inches at the hipline. the sleeves are 16 3/4 inches long, measured under the arm.
