For 3 decades we have been making maple syrup for other people, 4 years ago we purchased 54 acres of raw woods and now have 1700 taps. We use all stainless steel equipment, and a wood fired evaporator. At the 2014 Maple Festival we received a Blue Ribbon- Excellent award for our Grade A Fancy Syrup (Golden). If it’s not good enough to go on our table it’s not good enough to go in a jug and be sent to a customer.
