One of the most emotional and memorable scenes in cinema history. This item comes from a Field of Dreams crew member's personal collection (you are buying it directly from the crew member ) and this item will include a hand written letter of authenticity. The registration form is a Seldom seen piece baseball /Field of Dreams history from one of the most memorable movie scenes ever (The last shot of Field of Dreams showing all the cars arriving at the farm/ ball field). This is an 100% ORIGINAL one-page Registration form movie flyer (Measures roughly 8 1/2 x 11" and single sided) to participate in the famous last shot of Field of Dreams. You may have seen the last shot tickets before and the I was in the last shot buttons, but you likely have never seen one of these registration forms from Field of Dreams. This one is unused, not filled out, not cut, with only slight creasing. Comes with a handwritten letter of authenticity from a crew member who worked on the film. Would be a rare and amazing addition to your movie / baseball collection or a unforgettable upcoming Father's Day gift! This form was handed out to register people to participate in the last shot of the movie Field of Dreams as drivers who would be heading to the farm/baseball field in the final scene of the movie. The production needed people to drive cars in the famous last shot. And in order to get a Last Shot ticket (I have one of those tickets available in my other eBay auction) which allowed you to drive in the film, you needed to first fill out this registration form for the scene and picnic in order to receive the last shot ticket (see my other auction for the ticket and by winning both auctions you could make a rare and unique display).
