Most will be by envelope. —Let’s face it, shipping is expensive. If you want a more expensive way let me know BEFORE you pay. With charging only 75 cents each in combined shipping, I loose money on many sales, especially to the west coast. I try not to make money on shipping and handling. The price of packaging materials and envelopes are in the shipping price. I feel silly explaining this, but there are really cheapo people who want yard sale “give me” prices.
