Description: Rare Limoges Porcelain De Paris France SADLER PAGET Hot Air Balloon Espresso Set. Excellent condition- no chips, cracks or repairs. The gold trim around rim and handle shows very little wear. The cup and saucer depict Mr. Sadler & Capt Payet Hot Air balloon event from Aug. 12 1811. This is stated on the saucer and cup, below the hot air balloons. Size: Espresso or demitasse size- Saucer is about 4” wide. Cup stands just under 2” high. The opening not including handle is about 1 7/8” wide.
