Description: This is in excellent condition, and came from a New Jersey estate where the previous owner had an extensive collection of baskets and pottery. It was all immaculately kept in glass cases and also includes the original provenance with detailed records from where it was purchased, purchase price etc. This one also includes the cancelled check for 800 dollars from the original purchase. This was purchased in 1990 directly from Rita Nuvangyaoma at her home in 2nd Mesa, and included in a photograph of her holding this basket. This measures 9 1/2" high X 10" across the top.
