Description: NOS VINTAGE MINT CONDITION 1998 REMINGTON R293 UMC BUILT HUNTER TRADER TRAPPER ____________ ~VINTAGE COLLECTORS EDITION~___________________Vintage 1998 Remington R293 HTT Bullet Trapper *HUNTER TRADER TRAPPER*In Original BoxW/PAPERS VINTAGE 1998 USA MADE BRILLIANT PICK-BONE HANDLES(DELRIN SCALES) *THREADED BOLSTERS* The vintage rarity up for auction is the 1998 Remington R293 Hunter Trader-Trapper *Bullet Trapper* New In The Original light brown box. Never used,carried and never sharpened. This knife also is accompanied with the original light brown Remington presentation box and Remington paperwork. This knife has some great looking pick-bone derlin scales which are very very brilliant and with no cracks. This is a super rare and highly sought after model from Remington. The master spey blade has Remington etched in the blade and is 4-5/16 inches long and has a long,full nail pull, and has the Remington & UMC Trade Mark stamped on the tang in the circle and made in the USA on the outside of the circle. The obverse is stamped with the model R293. The clip blade has Remington & UMC stamped inside the circle and on the obverse it is stamped 1998. The clip blade is 4-5/16 inches in length. The overall length when the spey blade is opened is 9-1/2 inches. This knife was manufactured and assembled in the United States by Skilled American Craftsman. The nickel/silver bolsters are scratch free and very brilliant. Please see images. These knives have increased in value as they are no longer made in the USA. These Remington Trappers we are putting up for auction were part of a 19 piece set that is being auctioned off to the highest bidder.
