This is the right size and type of brush holder for replacing the often missing or broken/damaged brush holders on these precision cleaners. Will work with L&R Master Watch Cleaning Machine motors that are marked "Master" on it's I.D. tag. If your machine has a motor marked as "Master" on the I.D. tag and castings like the ones pictured, then this brush holder should be a perfect fit. For so long these replacement brush holders were unobtainable, until now! We also carry replacement brushes and brush caps (see our other listings) if you need those as well! To install your new brush holder you first must disassemble the motor. Once disassembled completely you can then unscrew the set screw that secures the brush holder to the motor casting. You can then remove the old brush holder from the motor casting by simply pulling it out of the mounting hole. You then install the new brush holder into the mounting hole of the casting, making sure the new brush holder is oriented properly (as shown in the pictures) before reinstalling the set screw. If replacing both brush holders you simply repeat this process on the other brush holder. It's easy!
