Description: Normal 0 false false false EN-CA X-NONE X-NONE Offered for your consideration is an all-original Atomic Age Westinghouse Wide-fi tabletop tube radio model T126, built in the late 1950’s’s. This must be one of the very last tube radios ever built. This is a five-tube radio with a huge 10-inch speaker, thus lots of volume. The colors are tan body and white grill. It is a very sensitive radio and picks up lots of stations. The tuning dial works back and forth smoothly the off/on switch is a push pull. This is a working radio ready to play, display and enjoy – the sound is very good with no hum. As with all my radios it is electrically sound - the tubes are strong, the capacitors have been replaced and the plug has been polarized. The case is in excellent condition – very shiny with no chips or cracks. Featuring: a slide rule dial with dial light and a gold accent strip, big speaker, the knobs are original as is the back. The logos are prominently displayed on the front and the grill is louvred. It’s just a great mid-century radio to display. The measurements are: 14." across, 6" high and 5.5" wide. Why buy a radio from rosscd57? Every radio I sell has been thoroughly serviced - tubes tested, components checked and then the unit is lubricated and cleaned inside and out. The work performed can be seen in the pictures of the chassis and/or found in the radio description.
