Description: Sage SLT 490-4 fly rod. Rod, sock, aluminum tube, all original.The rod is near mint. The blank is clean of deep dings or scratches, but shows light use. The wood reel seat shows slight markings from having a reel attached, normal. Lightly fished. No abuse. I never throw or drop my rods, treat them with care always. Carefully fished, cleaned and stored after each use. This is one of the finest fly rods ever built by Sage and still highly sought after. Excellent dry fly presentations. Thinning my collection of high end rods and reels. Been fly fishing for 60 plus years and don't need as much gear.
