The damage is not too serious and does not affect performance or anything. Only cosmetic damage with broken keycaps. There are no internal issues as far as I am aware of, laptop has been tested and functions as it should. This laptop may perform slow, not sure if this is the internet connection, but beware. Laptop has been factory restarted and packaged before listing. Laptop is fully functional, as tested, with little issues. (Tests include basic computer use and performance.) - Heavy Cosmetic Damage -Cracks on case: Cracks or small broken pieces on the back sides of the laptop, however the ports are still operational.Broken Keycaps: 3 keycaps damaged. Number keys 1, 2, and 1 Num-Pad are damaged. Keys still function, only keycaps are damaged. The hooks on the keycaps broke and no longer secures or fits on the keyboard. (Only requires keycap replacement)Signs of wear: Signs of use/wear with the paint chipping and scratches on the top, back, and sides of the laptop. - Item may have additional defects not mentioned.
