Perfect for a quick, restaurant-quality meal, these tail-on shrimp arrive cleaned, peeled, deveined, and individually quick frozen in a protective ice glaze. Simply thaw overnight in the refrigerator, season lightly (we recommend lemon and garlic), and sauté. CAREFUL! DON’T OVERCOOK. Your shrimp take only 2-3 minutes to cook to perfection. While we recommend sautéing, you can also boil — just plunge them in ice water afterward to stop the cooking process. Cook until shrimp are opaque and reach a minimum internal temperature of 140°F. Season as desired. DO NOT overcook (not for soups, stews or gumbos) as they become chewy when overcooked.From FrozenStovetop, Steam: Add 2 inches of water to a saucepan and insert a steamer basket. Heat water to a boil using medium-high heat. Remove shrimp from bag, add to steamer basket, cover, and boil for 6-8 minutes.Stovetop, Sauté: Preheat a small amount of oil in a non-stick skillet over medium heat. Remove frozen shrimp from packaging and carefully place in skillet.
