The book is in original, new, mint condition -- never opened, creased or read except for taking these photos The poster is in original, new condition -- never hung, framed, nor mounted. Does have some minor edge crinkles from the original shipping from the publisher which I tried to photograph. The core image is in excellent condition. Since the 1970s Wolfgang Weingart has exerted a decisive influence on the international development of typography. In the late 1960s, he instilled creativity and a desire for experimentation into the ossified Swiss typographical industry and reflected this renewal in his own work. Countless designers have been inspired by his teaching at the Basle School of Design and by his lectures. In Typography Weingart gives an unusual and frank narrative of his early life and development as a designer. For the first time, he gives a comprehensive survey of his works over the past forty years, most of which are unknown.j These items will be sent separately due to the overall size, weight and shape differences so I need to charge for two shipments and materials. Additionally, due to value, eBay requires a signature upon delivery (to protect both of us) and I be sending these insured. The poster will be rolled and in a tube. Please note, the original poster sent had a few more edge crinkles and the publisher arranged to have a poster replacement sent. It was signed and numbered the same as the original by Weingart so it matched the book and limited edition numbering. Soooo, there are in fact two #29 posters signed and numbered. "SUPER RARE" The second poster was sold separately. I want you to have full transparency that this was arranged by the publisher and Weingart and that the better of the two posters is being included with this set.
