This Solido AMX-13 Anti-Aircraft Tank has Twin 40 mm Bofor Cannons. Also, it has a Hidden Plastic Radar Dish, covered with 2 Hinged Plastic Doors That Open. Radar Dish Lifts Up 90 Degrees and Radar Rotates 360 Degrees. It is painted army green camouflage in color. Solido AMX-13 Anti-Aircraft Tank is a heavy die-cast metal vehicle weighing by itself 13 ounces, with plastic wheels and 2 chain silver metal tank trends. Its turret rotates 360 degrees and cannons elevate hold elevated position and lower. Painted army green in color. Solido AMX-13 Anti-Aircraft Tank, Twin Cannons, #249 is in Like New Condition--Complete All Original: no rust, no missing parts; and may show effects of being on display and/or age. There is nothing broken, chipped, cracked, or missing from tank. Tank is sold "as is." Made in France. Solido military models are built so well that over 50 years later this model is as good as when it was built and first sold. Truly this is quite remarkable! My is only Solido AMX-13 Anti-Aircraft Tank, Twin Cannons listed on eBay and thus is Rare. I have listed two other AMX-13 Anti-Aircraft Tanks, Twin Cannons, but with different decals. This is an Original French Solido factory made die-cast model! Not a Chinese copy as sold by some others!As an aside, German made variant of this anti-aircraft tank (Gepard) is being used in Ukraine and has been effective shooting down Russian low flying ground attack jet aircraft, attack helicopters, cruise missiles, and drones. So, these anti-aircraft tanks are relevant in a modern battlefield still. AMX-13 is a French light tank produced from 1952 to 1987. It served with French Army and was exported to more than 26 other nations. Named after its initial weight of 13 tons, and featuring a tough and reliable chassis, it was fitted with an oscillating turret built by GIAT Industries with revolver type magazines. AMX-13 included prototypes and export versions, has over a hundred variants, such as Twin 40 mm Bofor Anti-Aircraft System (which is this listing), 105 mm self-propelled gun, 105 mm anti-tank gun with 4 missile launchers, armored personnel carrier, and battlefield armored ambulance versions. Tank has a crew of 3 (commander, gunner and driver). France built 7,700 AMX-13s. I am downsizing and listing/selling on EBay some of my personal collection. Photographs are part of description.
