This is from a digital device, such as an electronic signature pad, then the proof (original card) is mass-produced in the TOPPS Printing Department. *Project 70 and Project 2020 encased cards in plastic cases are in mint condition, although exterior plastic cases may contain light surface scratches from manufacturer processing. These are stored in original plastic liners. *TOPPS created a baseball trading card series of popular Sports Illustrated Magazine Covers.
