Description: This Talbots popover blouse is a navy, peach, and white geometric print in 100% rayon fabric. The blouse features a pleated back, long roll tab button-up sleeves, a henley neckline and relaxed, bohemian style. This lovely top, in a women’s SIZE MEDIUM, is in excellent pre-owned condition! PLEASE NOTE: as my page indicates I do not, as a rule, accept returns. At the time of sale, 25% of my sales are donated to our local Down Syndrome Association. I also provide photos of actual measurements (except for most babies & kids items) and I try to disclose & photograph imperfections of any type. If I do miss an imperfection or alteration, that’s on me, and I will absolutely accept a return. But not for reasons of fit, color, smell or “I don’t like it”. These are ‘pre-owned’ pieces…they may never have been worn, some ‘new with tags’ but have likely been hanging in a closet or a thrift store for some time. Some thrift stores spray clothing, and a smell that triggers one person’s senses might not another’s. My pieces are always steam sanitized and also spot cleaned and washed if needed. That said, I wouldn’t wear something I bought used without washing it or having it dry cleaned.
