Description: Hello. This is less than half price for this. I have had this in a bucket to test it. I made a video of it turning right side up but haven’t figured out how to put a video in the listing. The picture with the 1 circle on either side of the main hole is the top. When I held it under water with the top up there were tiny bubbles seeping out of one of them. That should not be a problem since it is out of the water. I thought about putting some good silicone caulking around it but don’t think it necessary and don’t want to conceal it. Take a good look at the pictures and contact me with any questions.
