Description: Offered here is a vintage children's book: The Jingle of A Jap, by Clara Bell Thurston, Published by H. M. Caldwell Co., Boston, 1906, Illustrated endpapers. Decorative title-page. Unpaginated, with 23 chapters, each a page or two, with lovely color illustrations throughout. Original Oriental-inspired silk over boards with paper label pasted on front cover. Soiling. Was in a basement workshop bookshelf - does have a shop odar - will come out over time. Hinges just beginning to pull, paper loss on top left inside of front cover paper - like a sticker may have been removed. Missing the three dimensional doll that was attached to front board originally. Shipped in plastic, between stiff cardboard and with delivery confirmation.
