Description: This book is in amazing condition for its age. Every flaw is shown in the pictures. Look and evaluate yourself but for being 120 years old I would say it is in near mint condition. It appears Henry Higgs, the editor signed a presentation on the first page of the book, there is no proof it was actually him. I found another one with the same inscription so I believe it to be authentic. The other copy I referred to above is for sale for $450 but is in much worse shape than this copy having the presentation scribbled out, split on both the front and back interior, much more writing, and just overall looks worse. That copy is what I used for reference when coming up with my price. If you think I'm asking too much feel free to make an offer, the worst I can do is say no. With all that said if you still need more pictures or have any questions at all feel free to reach out anytime and I will help you to the best of my ability. I've got a ton more of these vintage economic and currency related books. I bought a literal ton at an estate auction and plan to list them as I see fit, so keep an eye on my page if you're interested in authors such as jeevan's Del Mar Sumner Pearsons smart Hollander. just to name a few.
