It is held together with a couple of stitches for the chin strap. If those were cut the hat will have the ability to be taken off. This beanie/hat has the seams open and should be fixed. A hand stitch or whip stitch will close these seams. Bear has moveable arms and legs. Leather pads on bottom of paws. Nice soft white furMeasures 17 inches tall x 9 inches wide x 8 1/2 inches thick.
