They are used on bass drums for the spurs,and they are used on the tom toms for the arm mounts. They are used, with decent chrome condition. and still working, They may have scratches, The original wing bolts are replaced with a machine bolt, The original mounting bolts are included. I did try them, and they do still tighten on MemriLok bass drum legs and tom arms from the same era. I have left any further cleaning and detailing to you. I believe these parts to be from the late 1970s, made in Fullerton, CA. That would be about 1975 to 1983, They are used parts, almost 50 years old. If you need a pair, don’t miss out.
