Description: The Uniden BCT15X Beartracker Scanner is a full-featured GPS enabled scanner. The BCT15X can be used as a base scanner or as a mobile unit. This is a professional grade scanner that is designed to be user friendly, and have fast scanning with expert level control. The BCT15X is loaded with features. It has 9000 dynamic channels, location based scanning, CTCSS/DCS decoding, S.A.M.E. weather alerts, band scope signal strength, IF exchange, PC interface capability, and a backlit display. The BCT15X Beartracker Scanner can also be connected to a compatible GPS unit (not included) for location specific alerts and setting location dependent information such as channel sites and groups. This is a great feature when driving, no need to change settings, the BCT15X will automatically change them for you. The Uniden Beartracker has the ability to listen to just about any conversation with a frequency range of 25-512 MHz, 758-823.9875 MHz, 894.0125-960 MHz, 1.24-1.3 GHz. You can also track a trunked conversation with the Uniden-exclusive TrunkTracker III capability.
