Description: This is a vintage 1968-69 Barbie fashion called “Twinkle Togs #1854”. The outfit includes a dress made with a blue lame top with attached lime green skirt covered over with a sheer white overskirt which is encircled with metallic green, blue and red stripes. There is also a pair of sheer lime green hose and blue closed toed shoes that complete this outfit. The blue lame top has all closures intact but has some slight wear to the front and back.
