Description: This is a Rare Vintage 1973 Aladdin Industries / Raggedy Ann & Andy metal lunchbox, with matching plastic Thermos. The lunchbox measures 8” wide x 7” tall x 4” deep, with a blue plastic handle on the top, and a metal clasp on the front of the hinged lid, to keep the lid closed. The item has different raised images of Raggedy Ann & Andy on all sides, and a few sides include the Cow from their Farm. It says in the lower corners of the 2 large sides “Aladdin Industries Incorporated Nashville Tenn. 37210 USA / 1973 The Bobbs-Merrill Company Inc.” The inside of the lunchbox has a wire cradle to keep the thermos in place, and the inside lid has descriptive text & pictures on Child Safety by the National Safety Council. The Thermos measures 6 ½” tall x 3 ½” across the base. The sides have images of Ann & Andy & the Cow, and say the same info as on the sides of the lunchbox. It is made of a blue & beige hot & cold keeping plastic, with a screw on cap inside, and an outer cap with a handle, to use as a drinking cup. The thermos base, inner cap, and outer cup, all have the Aladdin name & info on them. The Lunchbox is in Great condition, with only light wear here & there along the outer edges. The white interior is in excellent condition, with almost no apparent wear. The thermos is in very good condition, with only some light wear.
